Refund policy
At Queer Crafters, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade items. Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
All Sales Are Final:
Please note that all sales are final for clothing items. We carefully inspect each piece before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards of quality. We understand, however, that unforeseen issues can occur.
Damaged Items:
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, we are here to help. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to report the damage. To facilitate the process, we ask that you provide:
- A detailed description of the damage.
- Photo of the damage.
Upon review, if we determine that the damage occurred prior to arrival, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item. Please understand that due to the unique nature of our handcrafted items, replacements may vary slightly in appearance.

Sale Items
Sale Items are not eligible for return. In the event there is an issue with your order within 3 days of receiving your package, please Contact Us. For our "Oopsie" items, there are no returns. The description will list all defects on the product. Please make sure you're okay with these defects before purchasing.
Other Returns:
For non-clothing items, if you encounter any issues or are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review each case individually to determine the best course of action and ensure your satisfaction.
Exchanges:
Due to the unique, handmade nature of our items, we cannot guarantee exchanges for products of the exact same design. However, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution if you're not happy with your purchase. Custom orders are not available for exchanges.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning any item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Queer Crafters is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
I have changed my mind about my item, what do I do?
Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 days. If the order has not been fulfilled, please Contact Us to let us know you would like to cancel the order. Please make sure you provide your order number. Once an item has been fulfilled, order cannot be canceled.
How long do refunds take?
We refund within 1-2 business days of an approved refund or order cancelation. Refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on your bank. In some cases it can take up to 30 days. Please reach out to your bank if you have any questions. Â
Additional Information
Damaged/defective/wrong items may be exchanged, depending on approval.
The return shipping postage will solely be the responsibility of the buyer.
The management reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds and each case is subjected to the sole discretion of Queer Crafters
Queer Crafters will not be liable for any errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to the item returning back to us before receiving a refund.
Any change of addresses are subjected to approval and orders that are shipped/completed are strictly non-editable.
Any reshipment of items done must correspond to the address found in the initial order and cannot be changed nor substituted with another address, design or brand of the item. We are not liable for the inaccuracy of address as provided by the buyer.
What if my item(s) arrive damaged?
If you have received a damaged item, please let us know immediately and provide photos of damaged items.
