Trans Awareness Week - We Are Here

Trans Awareness Week - We Are Here

As we step into Transgender Awareness Week, we want to take a moment to express our solidarity, respect, and deep commitment to our trans and non-binary community. We know that the journey for acceptance and respect is ongoing, and for many in the trans community, every day is filled with challenges, courage, and resilience. This week, as we recognize the experiences, histories, and voices of transgender and non-binary people, we are reminded of the importance of community, awareness, and advocacy.

Across the United States, there is an alarming increase in legislative actions that restrict access to gender-affirming healthcare. Gender-affirming healthcare is not only vital for the well-being of trans individuals but has been shown to reduce risks associated with mental health challenges. Limiting or banning access to this care is harmful, discriminatory, and based on misinformation that ignores the lived realities of trans individuals.

We believe that crafting and creativity have the power to bring people together, to inspire understanding, and to spread messages of love and acceptance. To help foster this unity, we offer trans pride-themed products that serve as symbols of solidarity, resilience, and joy. Whether these pieces are for you or someone you know, they’re crafted to honor trans pride and offer a tangible way to celebrate and support the trans community. Plus, 50% of profits from all trans-themed items sold though Friday, November 22nd 2024 will be donated to Out Youth in Austin, TX, supporting a safe and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ youth. In the face of current challenges, we are more motivated than ever to create a world where everyone can live openly and authentically. We know there is uncertainty ahead, but through unity and advocacy, we hope to help shape a more inclusive future for everyone.

This Trans Awareness Week, let’s all take action—learn more, speak out, and stand alongside our trans siblings. By supporting each other, we can create a world that celebrates the full spectrum of identity and ensures that all voices are heard and respected.
